YOUR FIRST VISIT

Your initial visit  to our office will give you the opportunity to meet our team and learn more about orthodontics. Photographs of your teeth and face and x-rays will be taken to help provide a detailed analysis of your dentition and skeletal structure. If you have any of these records, please bring them with you to the initial exam. Dr. Dobbs will then do a thorough complimentary initial exam of your teeth and supporting structures. Using the information from the exam, pictures, and x-rays, she will discuss with you any problems that exist, review the treatment options that will best meet your needs, discuss the cost of your particular treatment, and answer any questions you may have in regarding your insurance.

Our practice will work with you every step of the way to make sure that you understand every aspect of your treatment and ensure your orthodontic care is as rewarding as possible.

After all your questions have been answered regarding your treatment, you are ready for braces! It takes about an hour to place the braces. During this time, our team will strive to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. After your braces have been placed, our team will review how to clean and care for your new braces.
